This issue comes up alot, as it is quite difficult to commit the amount of time needed to write content articles every day. New unique content is essential for a successful website. People use the web for research, so the more content you have on your website, the more likely you will touch on an issue that your clients may be researching. In fact, content is so important, that we require our client websites to add 365 articles per year. Writing a bunch of garbage will not work either, this is why we spend the time to educate our clients on how to write effectively for the internet. You may recognize the name P.T. Barnum of Barnum and Baily Circus, but did you know that Barnum was one of America's first millionaires? In his autobiography, Barnum published a few of the common questions he received from other business owners looking to become as successful as he had. One in particular is stiking: "I have been running a successful business for many years. I am ready to grow, but I cannot afford to advertise. What do you recommend as a good alternative to build my business?" To this question, Barnum would always reply, "You can't afford NOT to advertise." In much the same way, you cannot afford NOT to regularly update your website. You may find it better to write several articles at a time and have them automatically posted to your website later, or you may find it easier to spend a little bit each day to write an article for the day. You also may be able to find someone in house that can write the articles for you. But if you don't have time and don't have someone in house that can write, all is not lost.
