There are a few simple steps necessary to begin most projects. You may begin these steps as soon as you are ready, the sooner we have them, the sooner we can start! Please read these carefully and don't hesitate to contact us is you have any questions.
We will not initate any project without a down payment so you are under no obligation to continue with us simply by beginning these steps.

Price per hour does not reflect overall cost or value; our price per hour may be higher or lower than our competitors. Our efficiency and expertise often allows us to offer lower bids than overseas companies who bill at 40/hr. Our dedication to perfection allows our sites to outperform even the most expensive firms. Only an estimate will give you an accurate assessment of your project.

3) Purchase or Verify Domain

If we will be performing any website related services for you, you will need a website domain. If not, you may skip this step.If you already have a domain, please locate your username and password used to access your account (usually GoDaddy, Network Solutions, or Register.com) If you don't have one yet, we recommend the following:
- Think of a short, simple, easy to spell, easy to remember website.
ex: google.com is much better than a-really-good-search-engine-company.com
- If your organization is very focused in a specific city or region, it might be a good idea to include it in your name.
ex: houstonplumber.com may work better than gutierrezplumbing.com
- Purchase a domain from GoDaddy for a term of 5 years or more.
Do not purchase any other services (such as hosting, email, privacy, etc) as they are not needed.

4) Purchase or Verify Hosting

If we will be performing any website related services for you, you will need to have a website hosting account. If not, you may skip this step.
If you already have hosting (or prefer to obtain hosting elsewhere), please be sure to verify the following:
- Hosting packages using cPanel are ideal
- Hosting must suppport PHP and MySQL (they almost always do, but please double-check)
- As performance and user interfaces are outside our control, you understand and agree that you will be responsible for the additional labor necessary to manage hosting providers with proprietary hosting management panels. In particular, we do not recommend GoDaddy for website hosting.
