 Although there seems to be little news about these condos, The Shore Condos appear to be another amazing development off of Town Lake Austin. Located right off the water and immediately beside Milago Condos, The Shore Condos Austin is a prime property. After reviewing the availability, I am left with little doubt that Austin support these elite level high rise condos planned around downtown Austin. It appears that of the 150 or so units for sale, perhaps 10 remain - and this project has hardly broken ground! What is more staggering is the pricing of these luxury condos. These units are selling at a whopping $400+ per square foot! This price mark is not new for Austin, but it is certainly not common. Those in Westlake and Lake Travis may have found a new home with a view, but without the drive.
